This a week to celebrate as our Planning team in Birmingham mark their one year anniversary! Woods Hardwick launched the Planning service in Birmingham just a year ago (almost to the day!), and it has been a brilliant year, both for us and our growing client base.
Led by Roy Hammond, the team has built on the strong foundations Woods Hardwick has fostered over 30 years in their head office in Bedford. Vanessa Gordon joined Roy as a Graduate Planner in August 2018.
Together they are successfully guiding developers, land promoters, housebuilders, land and property owners through the complex town planning system across the Midlands and beyond. Working on a range of residential and commercial projects, the team provides clients with tailored and reliable solutions for clients, who include Linden Homes, Heygates, Deltic Group, Grand Union Living Group as well as several smaller house builders.
Working closely with the other Woods Hardwick divisions across both offices, including architecture, engineering and surveying, our multidisciplinary approach is focused on delivering optimum solutions and best value for our clients.
Based in the iconic Fort Dunlop building, our Birmingham team is ideally located in the heart of the West Midlands, serving clients across Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Northamptonshire. Roy explains,
