Woods Hardwick was engaged to advise on the development potential of a site that was designated as employment land within the adopted local plan.
We successfully set out the planning justification to justify the release the land for residential development, and working with our residential architects and our highway engineers, submitted a full planning application for 23 units. Planning permission was secured under delegated powers with Woods Hardwick advising on the section 106 agreement negotiations.
The development has been successfully completed, delivering a high quality scheme that complements the wider residential regeneration of the area.
