Working with our commercial architecture and engineering colleagues, we secured outline planning consent for c. 60,000 sq m of B1, B2 and B8 employment floorspace.
We coordinated the preparation and submission of an application, supported by an Environmental Statement, comprehensively setting out the very special circumstances that existed to justify the release of the land from Green Belt for development.
The site has since come forward for development, closely following the masterplan approved at outline planning stage. This is an excellent example of the core disciplines of Woods Hardwick working together to achieve the optimum result for our client.
