Fairfield Park (Eastern extension)

Our scheme was proposed as an extension to the west of the award winning Fairfield Park development that Woods Hardwick also designed. At Fairfield Park, we took the development through a detailed pre-application process with the Parish Council, and a detailed Outline Application for new homes plus a 2FE school.

We were then appointed to prepare the subsequent ARM Application for the residential element, for which we secured unanimous approval.

The scheme is now being constructed following our appointment to deliver the Working Drawing packages. This is a great example of a scheme designed by Woods Hardwick from conception through to delivery.
