The architecture and enginneering teams at Woods Hardwick successfully design and delivered a comprehensive Approval of Reserved Matters Consent for Bovis Homes (NHC) at Northstowe in Cambridgeshire.

The development is part of a wider settlement and delivers 240 new homes, both private and affordable. The design process took a thorough design-led approach with the South Cambridgeshire Officers and Cambridge’s Design Review Panel to deliver a sharp, modern, high quality scheme. The whole process is a testament to the Officers, developers and designers to ensure the proposal met all of South Cambs and Bovis’ objectives.
