Former Murketts Garage, St Ives

Our architects have secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a former Car Showroom in the beautiful town of St Ives.

The former Murketts Garage site is set in the Conservation Area and heavily constrained by the existing National Grid Gas Compound and associated easements. However, these constraints in fact assisted our architects in the creation of bespoke designs and a layout full of character that reflects the language of the local area. 

Alongside our client, Lochailort Investments, the project team worked tirelessly with the Council’s Officers to ensure the scheme would bring this derelict site forward to create a beautiful street scene along London Road and a development that new occupiers will be proud to call their home.
