Coventry City Council is conducting a call for brownfield sites in order to help identify potential sites that may be able to help meet the City’s development needs (housing, employment, leisure etc).
This call for brownfield sites presents the opportunity to submit sites which may be suitable. The sites will then be assessed to establish their suitability, availability and achievability in meeting the development needs of the City.
